1. SITE VISIT
Our design consultant or architect will personally visit your site, they can then take in and comprehend its unique characteristics. Its orientation, contours, views and neighbouring residences will all be recorded and photographed during this visit.

2. SITE SURVEY
A survey of your site will be conducted, this will be independent of your Design agreement fee

3. ARCHITECTURAL BRIEF
Our design consultant or Architect will sit down with you to discuss how you envisage your new home, they will discuss your lifestyle and any other prerequisites you have from functionality to visual aesthetics. This is a great time to bring in your mood board and Pinterest clips you may have saved to help enhance the design process.

4. ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
Our architect or designer will provide a preliminary architectural concept, including scaled floor plans and elevations. We will keep working on your concept until it is perfectly suited to you

5. 3D RENDERS (OPTIONAL)
If you would like to receive a set of 3D renders, which leave nothing to the imagination, this is the time to take up this option. These images can be arranged for an additional cost, they will cover all the elements in detail so you will full understand what your new home will look like.

6. COME AND MEET OUR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Accompanying you designs and renders (if selected) we will be at a stage to detail the final colours and selections for your new residence and document them into your brief

7. FIXED PRICE BUILD FEE PROPOSAL
The final stage of your Design Agreement is costing. We consider your budget all the time, and at this time we will provide you with a fully specified and priced contract for construction. To help eliminate any hidden surprises along the way, we choose fixed lump sum building contract for you convenience
